Terms of Use

Snow Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PocketPane for personal or internal use on compatible Apple hardware. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, resell, repackage, reverse engineer, or remove proprietary notices from the app.

You are responsible for owning or being authorized to access any iPhone or iPad you connect. You retain all rights to content displayed from your device. PocketPane does not claim ownership of that content.

Use PocketPane lawfully and responsibly. Do not use it to access devices or content without authorization, interfere with the app or capture system, or violate Apple's terms or another person's rights.

PocketPane requires macOS 14 or later, a compatible connected iPhone or iPad, and the permissions needed by macOS's capture-device pipeline. Compatibility may change as Apple updates its operating systems and hardware.

PocketPane is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete compatibility, or that every connected device will be discoverable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snow Studios and Samuel Snow are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PocketPane. Your sole remedy is to stop using and uninstall the app.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? Email support@snowstudios.app.
